1. About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how SC ZERODAY SRL ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the FluxConvert mobile application (package zdl.fxapp) and its supporting exchange-rate service.

FluxConvert is a currency, cryptocurrency, and precious-metals conversion application. It does not provide financial accounts, execute transactions, or offer financial advice.

2. Information stored on your device

FluxConvert stores the following information locally so that its features and offline fallback work:

• Entered amounts and selected base or quote assets.
• Tracked assets, watchlists, favorite pairs, and display preferences.
• Conversion-fee settings and locally configured rate-alert rules.
• Cached exchange-rate responses and their timestamps.

This information remains in the application's private storage on your device and is not uploaded to us. You can remove it by clearing FluxConvert's application storage or uninstalling the application.

3. Information processed when using the service

When FluxConvert retrieves exchange rates, it sends the requested asset codes, base asset, and requested history range to our API. These requests do not contain your name, email address, contacts, precise location, advertising identifier, payment-card information, or financial-account credentials.

As with ordinary internet services, our CDN, reverse proxy, hosting infrastructure, and API may temporarily process technical connection information such as IP address, request time, request path, HTTP headers, response status, and security identifiers. This information is used only to deliver the service, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and maintain security.

4. Information we do not collect

The current version of FluxConvert:

• Does not create user accounts or user profiles.
• Does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or postal addresses.
• Does not access contacts, photos, files, camera, microphone, or precise location.
• Does not use advertising SDKs, behavioral analytics, or cross-app tracking.
• Does not collect payment information or execute currency or cryptocurrency transactions.
• Does not sell personal information.

5. Service providers and sharing

We use service providers to operate FluxConvert, including Cloudflare for content delivery and security, our self-hosted infrastructure for the API, and market-data sources such as the European Central Bank and CoinCap. These providers may process limited technical data as necessary to provide their services and are subject to their own contractual and legal obligations.

We do not share personal information for advertising or marketing. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a corporate transaction where legally permitted.

6. Retention and deletion

Locally stored preferences and cached rates remain on your device until you clear the application's storage or uninstall it. FluxConvert does not maintain an account or server-side user profile that requires an account-deletion process.

Operational and security records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and protect the service, investigate errors or abuse, and comply with legal obligations. They are then deleted or aggregated when no longer needed.

You may contact us with a privacy or deletion inquiry. Because we do not create accounts or collect identity details, we may be unable to associate routine technical records with a particular person without sufficient request details.

7. Security

We use HTTPS in transit, access controls, restricted administrative interfaces, secret management, rate limiting, and other reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's privacy

FluxConvert is a general-audience financial utility and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where applicable.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when FluxConvert's features, service providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date above will be updated, and material changes will be communicated through the application or its store listing when appropriate.
